This property is a top pick among guests. Established as a short-term rental in 2019, it has been a pleasure to share this serene neighborhood with visitors for several years. It boasts a central location on the island, just minutes from the town center and the airport, both reachable by a mile and a half walk on flat terrain or by taxi for those without a car.

The area includes a pickleball/tennis court and exclusive beach access for our guests. The home features an expansive, sunlit lot perfect for lawn games or playing fetch with your furry companion, and a secluded garden where you can unwind with a book.

We welcome pets, with a fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second, with a maximum of two pets allowed.

Hello, My name is Kristen. I've managed this home since 2020 and have now started my own private business. You might have rented this home, or others, from me and my former partner. I look forward to hosting you again or welcoming you for the first time. Originally from Canada, I've lived in Nebraska and near Seattle before planting my roots and starting a family on Orcas Island. I absolutely adore it here and feel incredibly fortunate to raise my daughter in this beautiful place. My hobbies include spending time at the beach, enjoying the lake, and engaging in cooking and canning.
